          Hi Elise - thank you so much for replying! For now I had the administrators remove my name and invite me back using my "new" account that got created associated with my existing phone number I've used for a few years.

          I lost access to my old groups in my original account that I haven't used in a while, but I can live with that. At this point, I wonder if it could screw things up and somehow start re-associating with my original account.
