          Carole André-Smith (born 11 March 1953) is a French-Italian former actress.[1] Her best known role was Sandokan's love interest Lady Marianna, nicknamed "Pearl of Labuan [it]", in the successful RAI series Sandokan (1976).

          Life and career

          Growing up in Rome as the daughter of French actress Gaby André and American businessman Ely Smith, Carole André already spent time on the sets of Cinecittà at a very early age.[2][3] In an interview, she remembered she "was always happy at Cinecittà.
